When to Book Facade Work in Your Site Schedule
Early coordination prevents scaffolding rework, structural delays, and water-leakage issues.
Stage 1: Civil Framework / RCC Slab Complete (Week 0)
Engage facade contractor. Conduct 3D laser survey, review structural wind loads, and finalize CAD shop drawings for bracket anchor points.
Stage 2: Exterior Plaster & Openings Ready (Week 2–3)
Fix heavy-gauge aluminium/MS runner sub-frames, apply anti-corrosion primer, and install vapor/thermal insulation barriers.
Stage 3: Windows & Glazing Positioned (Week 4–5)
Begin CNC-routed ACP/Zinc/HPL panel installation from top down. Ensure expansion gaps and inject structural grade silicone sealant.
Stage 4: Joint Inspection & Protective Film Removal (Week 6)
Remove surface protective film, clean panel joints, conduct water penetration testing, and hand over warranty dossiers.
